In The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) had a feature on the Public Test Server (PTS) that has not yet made it to the release version. Many players are eagerly waiting for it.
What kind of feature is it? If you are currently playing the new ESO expansion Elsweyr and watching the chat, you will frequently hear a message: “Hey guys, where do I get the daily quests for dragon hunting?”
Currently, lots of dragons are flying around and those who help to take them down get a good amount of experience points and valuable items from the creatures. However, a quest tied to dragon slaying seems to be missing.
This is all the more curious because there is an NPC in the game who points to another character that pays bounties for dead dragons. However, nobody has found this “Battlereeve Tannerline” yet, at least not in the release version of Elsweyr.

Where is the NPC for the dragon dailies? Curiously, Tannerline has indeed existed in the game in the past. On the Public Test Server, where you could extensively test Elsweyr, the character was present and cheerfully handed out daily quests, making dragon hunting even more profitable.
However, in the release version of Elsweyr, Tannerline and the dailies for dragons are not present. This is not a bug but intentional. The patch notes for the Elsweyr release state that the dragon dailies are currently disabled and will be activated later after the launch of Elsweyr. This also applies to the Pellitine style motif.
When will the dailies come to the game? Besides the vague indication “After the Elsweyr launch,” there is no further information from ZeniMax regarding the dragon dailies. However, by the console launch on June 4 (which is also the official release date of the expansion), the dailies are expected to be in the game.

How do players react? Most players in the ESO forum react with understanding to the delay and were rather confused because they had not read the patch notes and were therefore looking for the daily NPC in vain.
Since there is also an achievement for dragon hunting, many players wish that at least some mention should be made in the game that this achievement is currently unavailable.
