What’s going on with Diablo 4? The start of Season 2 on October 17 is still quite a while away. People are eagerly looking forward to the beginning of the section, as the mood is not rosy right now. Especially the endgame is causing players trouble – The fact that there is little to do there is just one of the criticisms.

“Why should I complain?!”
What players are saying: On reddit, user Redtex started a thread that has already collected over 600 comments. He writes in the title, “I have played Diablo 4 continuously for about 300 hours and believe it is worth its price for that reason alone.”
He explains in his post that the opinion he holds may be unpopular. But he has had fun for months. “80 [dollars], to be entertained every day for months? I didn’t expect to be entertained for that price for a lifetime, and I can still play it and create new characters whenever I want. How can I complain about the price?”
In the comments, there are many positive responses from users who think similarly. A player with 707 hours writes that he still loves the game. “The game is not perfect, but it is so much fun. Really not bad for a new game, in my opinion! And it will only get better.”
Others contribute: “That’s exactly my point. It needs some quality-of-life features and more content, but for what it is now and the time I have already invested: I could stop now and say that I got the performance for the price. With some games, you can’t even play for 100 hours before you have nothing else to do.”
