The upcoming action MMO Undecember comes from former developers of Lost Ark and looks stylish in a new gameplay video. The game is set to be released in 2021 for Steam and mobile devices with iOS and Android.
What is Undecember? Undecember has a strange name (what the hell is an Un-December?) and is an online action RPG from developer Need Games. The game will include the following features:
- It will be a hack & slay game in the style of Diablo, where you cut down masses of monsters and loot their treasures
- It includes a top-down perspective
- You can extensively upgrade and equip your hero
- Typical MMO elements like PvP, dungeons, and raids are also included
- Graphics and animations look good and remind of the also stylish Lost Ark
- The setting and theme of the game seem quite dark and creepy, similar to Diablo IV.
Who are the developers? The studio Need Games from South Korea consists of experienced developers who have previously worked on the games Lost Ark and Lineage 2 Revolution. They are likely skilled in developing action RPGs, online multiplayer games, and mobile titles.
