In Lost Ark, many different collectible items await you. The total of 1,209 Mokoko Seeds present a particularly large challenge that is worth the effort. We at MeinMMO explain to you why this is the case.
What are Mokoko Seeds? The small, green seeds belong to the 8 different collectible items that you should find in Lost Ark. You can reach an overview of them by pressing Alt+L.
On most maps in Lost Ark, you will encounter these seeds. With a glance at the map (M), you can also see in the top right corner how many Mokoko Seeds are currently waiting for you in the section you’re in.
If you collect the seeds, you will eventually receive rewards for doing so. The more you collect, the more rewards you can call your own.
In total, there are currently 1,209 Mokoko Seeds that are hidden in the world of Lost Ark. Of these, 344 are distributed across islands, and all the others can be found on the main continents, in cities, and dungeons waiting for you in Arkesia.
The only exception is the continent Tortoyk, where the Mokokos come from. Here, there are no seeds to collect, but you can collect your rewards for your efforts.
Where do you collect the rewards? Although you can already collect the first Mokoko Seeds in the very first city, Prideholm, it takes a while before you receive a reward for it. You first need to reach Mokoko Village, which is waiting for you on the second continent.
Once you reach Tortoyk, at around level 35, you can talk to Tomoka in the city. If you select the conversation option Mokoko Seeds with him, you can be generously rewarded.
What rewards are there? You receive rewards based on how many Mokoko Seeds you have found in total. You don’t have to spend them to collect the rewards.
You receive an additional reward for every 50 Mokoko Seeds. This includes collectible cards, potions that increase your stats, as well as new crew members for your ship. Additionally, there are titles, transformations, skins, buildings for your island, and even two masterpieces that you can obtain here.
Furthermore, each individual seed you find grants you 180 squad experience, helping you to improve your account further.
How to Find the Seeds
Where are the Mokoko Seeds hidden? Some of the small collectible items are cleverly hidden in places you would never visit or placed so that you simply walk past them.
It helps to search every nook and cranny of the map. However, if this is too tedious for you, the interactive map from Papunika can help you track down all the Mokoko Seeds. Of course, there is the risk that you might take away some of the fun from the game, but everyone has to decide that for themselves.
Help, I can’t get to these seeds: It should also be noted that you will encounter two Mokoko Seeds in the first zone of Lost Ark that you cannot collect yet. The reason for this is that they are hidden behind a vine wall that simply won’t budge.
During your adventures, you will come across some of those seeds. You will need specific songs in your repertoire to clear the way. Frequently, you will resort to Song of Minuet and Song of Resonance.
