In Lost Ark there is a weekly update today, on July 27th. This is the first patch after the major July update and primarily includes bug fixes. However, for fans of the Arcana class, there is indeed something new. We at MeinMMO summarize.
What’s in the update? The first updates after the major monthly patches in Lost Ark are usually rather small. This week is no different, as Lost Ark is mainly focusing on bug fixes.
Only two things are really new in this update. On one hand, the Arcana class finally gets the long-awaited Emperor’s Jewel. Fans missed this last week because the jewel significantly strengthens a certain build of the Arcana class.
Roxx mentioned in the forum that it was a mistake that this was not in the game from the beginning, so it’s basically just a bug fix. Nonetheless, all Emperor-Arcana players can now enjoy more damage.
What else is coming? The second new feature is relevant on your island. Since the July update, there is a jukebox that can play various music pieces that you need to unlock. In Korea, all players received the piece “Consolation” in March to celebrate the global launch of Lost Ark.
We are also getting this song as a gift with today’s update, and you can activate and play it at the jukebox on your island.

How long will the server status be offline? The update starts, as usual, at 9:00 AM our time. The game servers will then promptly be taken offline and are expected to remain down for about 4 hours this week. If everything goes according to plan with the update, you can return to Arkesia from 1 PM onward.

There will likely be no major download on Steam either, as most changes this week are rather small.
All Patch Notes
In addition to the changes described above, the following bug fixes for the western version of Lost Ark come with the update on July 27th:
- The warning settings in the menu have been corrected and now function as intended.
- The issue where the current channel was not displayed in the channel window has been resolved.
- The text for the various Steam achievements has been updated so you can better see how they can be achieved.
- Jukebox titles now play correctly when you use the Korean voiceover pack.
- Gold, which you receive with a purchased power pass, can only be used after 3 days.
- Due to an unexpected issue with the weekly relationship chest, the item has been temporarily removed from the in-game shop.
