Lost Ark will receive a new update today, February 17. This patch brings several bug fixes and the completely new server region EU West. There will be maintenance work and a server down for several hours.

Update 11:00 AM: The servers are back online earlier than planned.
What does the patch bring? Mainly bug fixes. The shop is supposed to get better stability, a problem with emoticons, and a bug with UI scaling have been fixed.
The update will also introduce the new server region EU West. However, at the beginning, you will not find any servers. They are supposed to be activated later on. More about the server region here: How Amazon responds to the massive queues in the Steam hit – More servers and gifts.
The patch does not bring any new content today.
Furthermore, we do not expect the queues to really shorten with the new EU West servers:
How long will the maintenance take? The servers will go down at 8:59 AM and maintenance will begin. The server downtime is expected to take about three hours.
Players should be able to log back in by 12:00 PM at the latest. However, the last maintenance work was always completed 20 to 60 minutes earlier. You should keep an eye on this in light of the long queues. We will keep you updated in our live ticker.
Lost Ark Patch Notes from February 17
The new patch brings the following bug fixes and adjustments:
- Fixed an issue where Royal Crystal refunds can get stuck pending when using the currency Exchange.
- Made improvements to store connection and Product Inventory issues.
- Fixed an issue where Procyon’s compass schedule could show an incorrect time for Adventure Islands.
- Fixed an issue where dyeing the Northern Lawmaker skin on any Warrior sub-class would prevent the skin from displaying properly.
- Fixed an issue where emoticons would be displayed as text when two players with different language settings were chatting.
- Fixed an issue with DX11 where the UI Scale becomes offset for after changing from native resolutions while in Full Screen.
- Fixed an issue where players were getting booted from the game while playing in the Central Europe region.
- Implemented the groundwork for a new region to host servers in Europe, called “Europe West.” While you will be able to see this region selection tab after the maintenance is complete, these servers will not be available to players immediately.
