The MMORPG Lost Ark is once again bringing a weekly update, which will disappoint some players. The big June update is once again delayed, thus shifting to the latest possible date so that it remains a June update. We from MeinMMO summarize.
Update 2:47 PM: The servers for Europe have been back online since around 1 PM. However, due to a bug, the in-game shop in both European regions will be turned off at 2:15 PM for about 30 minutes.
The in-game shop and all servers are online again. You can now play and have fun as usual.
What was announced? On Twitter and through their website, the developers of Lost Ark announced that the big June update is being postponed by another week. The patch, originally scheduled for mid-month, will now only hit the servers on June 30, thus at the latest possible time.
They want to explain the exact reasons behind this and what work the team has done in the meantime in a longer blog post later this week. Roxx said in the forum that Amazon itself is being blocked. One major point has been the fight against the bots that have plagued the game for a long time. They are working on a long-term solution for this.
Furthermore, the team thanks you for your support and the good feedback after the last ban wave, during which over 600,000 “players” were thrown out of the game.
Minor update today on June 23
What’s coming in the weekly update? This focuses on the so-called Super Express Event, which is currently running in the game. This event helps you get your characters to a higher gear score faster. Amazon is now extending this opportunity by 20 days, as the event will now stop on July 20 instead of as previously planned on June 30.
However, you must accept the event on one character and do so before June 30 to receive rewards.
In addition to the extension of the event, only a bug fix is coming to the game that prevented you from collecting rewards from the Fever Event. Other bugs, such as the annoying mouse cursor error will likely remain in the game.

How long will the server be offline? As usual, the servers will go offline at 9:00 AM German time and will remain offline on June 23 for 4 hours. You can likely return to Arkesia at 1 PM.

- The end date for the Super Express Event has been pushed to July 20 so that we can prepare the next Express Event. So you must complete your event missions before this date. Don’t forget that you need to designate a character for the Super Express Event before June 30 if you want to participate!
- The issue with claiming rewards for the Hot Time Event has been fixed. Some players could not claim their rewards. To make up for the error, we will repeat the event from last weekend.
