How to get the emote whistling? To learn the emote, you need reputation level 3 with “Insects in the Grassfields.” You level up this reputation through the daily quests from Unas Tasks.
First, you must complete the quests “Ruffians in the Ground.” This takes place on the island of the Azure Winds south of Rohendel and requires a gear score of 802 or higher. Once you have completed this quest, you can level up the reputation faction.
You can then pick up the whistling as a reward once you have raised the reputation of “Insects in the Grassfields” to level 3 out of 3. However, to gather enough reputation, you must complete quests for this faction for at least 15 days.
It is advisable to place the Bifrost point on the island of the Azure Winds for reputation grinding.
Why is whistling important? The whistling can generally be used as an emote at any time. However, it becomes especially useful in connection with the relationship quest to the NPC Nagi. This NPC is located in the village of Nia in Punika.
Epic Engraving Manuals and Other Useful Rewards
What does the relationship quest bring? You will receive the relationship quest with Nagi after you reach item level 1,100 in Feiton. It is called “Strange Symptoms.”
After you have completed the first tasks, you must whistle for quest progression. This is only possible if you already possess the emote.
Once you have established a friendly relationship with Nagi, you will receive, among other things, two bags of engraving manuals of the Honor Battle, which may provide either an epic or even legendary engraving manual. This reward is where the whistling plays an important role.
You will also receive 2,200 gold once you reach the rank “Familiar.”
