Silver is the classic in-game currency in Lost Ark and is needed for purchases at the vendor or for upgrading equipment. In this guide, we at MeinMMO explain how you can effectively obtain silver.
What are the best methods? To quickly obtain silver, there are various methods. We particularly recommend:
- Unas daily and weekly tasks
- Chaos Dungeons
- Cube Dungeons
- By exchanging other currencies in the Guild Shop or the Gold Shop
- By playing additional characters that can also complete daily tasks and run dungeons

Daily Quests and Dungeons
Which methods are particularly lucrative? You can quickly acquire a lot of silver through Unas’ daily tasks. These quests unlock once you reach level 50.
From the daily quests, you can complete three per character and a total of nine across your entire account. Additionally, there is an item in the shop that allows you to complete additional daily quests that have already been finished. This way, you can collect rewards twice.
- Not all daily quests give silver, so you should specifically complete the appropriate ones for farming
- The type of daily quests depends on your gear score. The better the gear score, the better the quests.
- The number of rewards also depends on your reputation with the factions. The higher your standing, the more silver you can earn. The daily quest “Special Delivery: Annika” for instance, brings 27,000 silver as a reward at reputation level 4.
In addition to the daily quests, there are also weekly quests. These also provide good silver in some cases.
Chaos Dungeons and Cube Dungeons: Both dungeons give a lot of silver for completions as well. You can complete Chaos Dungeons twice a day per character and earn silver that way.
For Cube Dungeons, you need special tickets that you can obtain in Chaos Dungeons or from the Guild Shop. Here you receive more rewards the further you progress. Even for the first box, you get about 8,000 silver.
Exchange for Silmael Bloodstones or Gold
How can you quickly exchange for silver? If you urgently need silver, you can exchange it for other currencies.
In the Guild Shop, you can exchange Silmael Bloodstones, also known as Guild Crystals, for silver. Depending on the level of the shop, there are a different number of offers:
- At level 1: 60 bloodstones for 2,500 silver
- At level 2: 100 bloodstones for 2,500 silver
- At level 3: 140 bloodstones for 2,500 silver
- At level 4: 180 bloodstones for 4,500 silver
- At level 5: 250 bloodstones for 10,000 silver
Each offer can always be used 6 times per week. Overall, the deal at level 1 is the most lucrative, and at levels 2 and 5, it is still acceptable.
In the Gold Shop (at certain NPCs in major cities), you can exchange gold for silver. For 100 gold, you get 10,000 silver. However, gold is generally more valuable, which is why this exchange is not really advisable.
Generally, it is more effective to farm silver directly rather than exchanging it.
And Everything Multiple Times a Day
In Lost Ark, you can and must complete many of the tasks on multiple characters. For the 9 daily quests, you need three different characters, and you can also run Chaos Dungeons again on each character.
