Last night there was an update in Lost Ark. At 12:00 AM the servers were taken offline. We will tell you how long the maintenance lasts.
Update 11:25 PM: We now know what changes the new patch is supposed to bring. In a forum post, it is stated that an adjustment to the Crystalline Aura will be made with the update.
Additionally, the server restart may help fix the matchmaking issues in the game. A long-term fix is being worked on with Smilegate (via Lost Ark Forum).
What kind of update is this? This is currently not entirely clear. Neither in the forum nor on Twitter did the developers share what changes the update will bring. We will update the section accordingly when there is information available.
However, Lost Ark is currently struggling with several issues, including:
- Waiting queues in-game for dungeons and PvP that do not function correctly
- The Crystalline Aura, which sometimes simply disappears
- Generally a large influx and consequently server issues and long queues
How long will the maintenance last? The servers will go down on February 21 at 12:00 AM. The maintenance is expected to last two hours. However, only the European servers are affected by the maintenance.
Work on the Crystalline Aura is already underway
What will most likely be addressed in the update? Via Twitter, the developers shared that they are currently working on a bug related to the Crystalline Aura. This aura disappears for some players even though it should still have a long duration.
What do you think Amazon needs to fix the most urgently? Do you also have problems with the Crystalline Aura?
By the way, anyone who wants to get the Crystalline Aura for less than 50 euros should check out this trick:
