In Lost Ark and New World, the players’ dissatisfaction is slowly rising. Fans of the MMORPGs are suffering from massive lag and server issues, and so far, no changes are in sight.
What is the problem? Lost Ark and New World come from the same publisher “Amazon Game Studios”. The huge online retailer tried to establish itself in the gaming market with Lost Ark and New World and had huge success with it.
However, the retailer’s studio is now struggling with stability issues in both games, which significantly hinder your enjoyment. The lags and server problems are even such that they let players teleport on certain servers.
The problem is known to the Amazon studio
Which servers are affected? So far, it’s not exactly known which servers are affected, but in New World, especially the “Dry Tree” server is mentioned. A fan even reports players teleporting 30 meters through the map in-game, and that’s happening everywhere.
Lost Ark is also affected. However, the developers anticipated the fans and informed them that they are aware of the problem.
Community Manager Roxx commented on the Lost Ark issue:
“Hello heroes, the team is aware of the current problems related to gameplay delays and server interruptions across all regions and is currently investigating this situation. We appreciate the reports and will keep players updated on progress.“
When will improvements come? So far, no patch or update for both games is known. The team is currently busy gathering feedback to identify the core of the problem. Until this core is found, you will have to be patient. MeinMMO will keep you updated if something new about this problem is released.
