The MMORPG Lost Ark has now been released in several regions and is continuously receiving content updates. The game currently has 25 different classes, each with its unique gameplay features.
The status of Lost Ark: At the Summer Games Fest 2021, it was announced that Lost Ark would finally come to Europe in Autumn 2021. After a delay, the game released on February 11, 2022. Since then, our version has also been receiving monthly content updates and weekly patches. The game is well-received by Western fans, achieving over one million concurrent players at launch.
The new class Soul Eater has been added.

6 Base Classes with Different Specializations
How does the class system of Lost Ark work? Essentially, players start by choosing between 6 different base classes that are gender-locked.
After completing the intro tutorial at level 10, players have the opportunity to specialize into an “advanced” class. For example, Bard and Sorceress develop from the Mage.
Each of the base classes has its own story, which you will learn about in a short video. Afterwards, all classes play the same tutorial, which introduces you to the general story of Lost Ark.
This consists of a longer linear level designed to teach players the basic controls and how to handle the class.
Are there fixed role distributions? Unlike many classic MMORPGs, Lost Ark does not use the “Holy Trinity” system of tanks, healers, and DPS.
Instead, almost all classes have support and crowd control abilities, making them better suited for specific roles in combat. For example, a Gunlancer can withstand more damage due to its high defense compared to a Bard, who can heal.
However, there is no strict role distribution.

Scrapper

How does the Scrapper play? Scrapper is a fast monk-like class specializing in melee combat.
The active abilities of the Scrapper are divided into two main groups, each requiring its own resource for use: Ki (yellow) and Shock (green).
The Ki resource slowly regenerates in combat. Shock must be charged by using Ki abilities. However, using green Shock skills also regenerates the Ki resource, resulting in a synergy.
Many of their skills possess strong crowd control effects through passive abilities, designed to keep enemies stunned primarily.
The Scrapper is also a very mobile class with multiple dodging abilities and “gap closers” that allow the character to sprint quickly to the next enemy.
With its special ability “Peerless Dragon King,” the Scrapper summons two dragons to execute an extremely powerful attack.
Soul Fist

- Range: Melee to Ranged

How does the Soul Fist play? If you’ve always wanted to hurl energy blasts like in Dragon Ball, the Soul Fist is for you. In addition to normal physical melee attacks, it can also deal with opponents from a distance using fireballs and lasers. It is a hybrid class for close and long-range combat.
Some of its abilities also gain a boost when hitting enemies from behind.
The special skill of the Soul Fist is “Concentration.” When you activate this ability, it regenerates the Ki resource you need to use skills, enhances your attacks, increases attack speed, and boosts your critical hit chance.
It has three different stages that can be activated by repeatedly pressing a button. The higher the activated stage, the greater the buff received from Concentration. However, the duration of the buff decreases.
