7. Mordekaiser

Mordekaiser was once the warlord Sahn-Uzal. He was brutal and feared, always aiming to conquer the realms. After his first death, he was resurrected. Now he had necromantic abilities and a new army.
Once again he was banished and killed, but now he was no longer bound to the mortal world, nor was his army. He has the ability to utilize the spirits of the dead and even bind his enemies as slaves for eternity. His goal of conquest never disappeared (via League of Legends).
6. Bel’Veth

Bel’Veth is also called the Empress of the Void. There are many powerful champions in the Void, such as Vel’Koz or Cho’Gath. They were inspired by the creatures from the stories of H.P. Lovecraft, and like them, they pose enormous dangers to the world.
Bel’Veth possesses millions of years of knowledge and is the leader of the Void. She can change her appearance to deceive humans. She is also very powerful in open combat. Additionally, she is probably the smartest being in the Void. Her goal is to destroy everything and replace it with her own power (via League of Legends).
5. Fiddlesticks

Fiddlesticks is the manifestation of fear. It feeds on fear and is drawn to it. In a world full of war and violence, there is, of course, a lot of fear. Fiddlesticks is not a mortal being but an ancient entity.
He is most comparable to demons that roam the world solely to inflict pain on other beings. Like the subsequent champions, Fiddlesticks is far from being a physical being (via League of Legends).
4. Zoe

Originally, Zoe was a normal human living in Targon. She was trained in magic by a master, but she did not always take it seriously. She was lazy and loved playing pranks. Therefore, it is very surprising that she was chosen by the Aspect of Twilight.
This can be most closely compared to the Phoenix Force in X-Men. It was her playful behavior that impressed the Aspect. He granted her the power to travel outside of reality to explore the universe and other realities. Now Zoe is an ancient, cosmic being (via League of Legends).
