The LoL (League of Legends) champion Pantheon receives a rework. In the video, you can see the progress. First reactions from LoL players are particularly positive.
Who is Pantheon? Pantheon has been playable in League of Legends for a long time. Since February 2, 2010, you can play as the Master of War. With his spear throw and his stun, he is a dangerous opponent in the lane. His ultimate ability allows him to cross great distances and obstacles by simply crashing down from the sky at the target location.
What will be changed in the rework? In the rework, every ability has been looked at and changed. However, care has been taken to ensure that Pantheon remains true to his role and that you recognize him as a champion.
In his ultimate, Pantheon now arrives at an angle and deals damage in that area. This is meant to allow hitting more targets with the ultimate than with the old ultimate.
Visually, Pantheon will also be redesigned. A scar runs across his abdomen. On his equipment and body, one can see more traces of battles.
Nevertheless, Pantheon is primarily meant to remain a top-laner or jungler.
In the dev video, you can see some details of the new Pantheon. Keep in mind that the state in the video is still a work-in-progress. Much can still change before the release of the Pantheon rework in LoL.

Update 5:03 PM: The new gameplay of Pantheon has now been presented in LoL. Here you can see in the trailer the new attacks that the champion can use.
The fans are so excited for the rework
On social networks, there is a lot of positive feedback about the new video. The visuals and abilities are already well liked by the players. Also, these new Project skins are well received by the players.
