The reactions to the new LoL champion Samira show comparisons with Devil May Cry in League of Legends. Players are excited about “a lot of fun” after watching the champion trailer.
Who is the new champ? Initially, Samira was leaked on the LoL test servers (PBE), followed by the official reveal via champion trailer. In these videos, Riot Games introduces new champions and provides a first look at their abilities kit.
In the video, players see clear similarities with the character Dante from the “Devil May Cry” franchise. However, aside from these comparisons, players assess what they see and say that there is a champion coming who promises a lot of fun and instills fear as an opponent.
A highlight is the ultimate ability, which looks like Katarina’s. Unlike Katarina, however, Samira can move during it and may become even more dangerous. A few weeks ago, there was already a leak about Samira. The leaker describes her as “female Rambo, but hot.”

Here’s what to expect: In the video, you can see Samira’s various abilities in action. With her abilities, she can set up combos that earn her different levels in style points.
What can Samira do? Samira’s passive ability has several abilities. One of them is the showcased combo system. When Samira hits a champion with attacks or abilities that she did not directly hit before, she builds style points. These are divided into 6 levels from “E” to “S.”
She can only use her ultimate ability when her style rating has reached rank “S.” The ultimate looks impressive.
She unleashes a wave of shots from her weapons. Within 2 seconds, she fires 10 times at enemies within the range of the ultimate. The shots deal physical damage, can critically hit, and also provide lifesteal.
