In the new patch 7.7 for League of Legends, there are changes to popular junglers and supporters. We show you the most important changes.
The League of Legends team regularly tries to balance their MOBA. To do this, they need to strengthen or weaken various champions. In the latest patch 7.7, the team shows its love for champions that have been played less frequently recently. To this end, Amumu receives some changes, including a new passive ability. Changes to the bells that Bard can collect are also included. You can look forward to how LoL feels with these 5 new changes.
1. Amumu – New Passive with Absolute Damage
The sad mummy “Amumu” has been in League of Legends for a long time. Accordingly, the passive ability that reduced enemy magic resistance through normal attacks was somewhat outdated. To better support his team in the future, Amumu now receives the necessary tools for this job.
- Passive – Cursed Touch
- Amumu’s basic attacks
reduce the magic resistance of enemies by 15/20/25 (at level 1/7/13)deal 15% of the total magic damage dealt to the target as absolute damage. - W – Despair
- Damage:
8/12/16/20/24 per second10/15/20/25/30 per second - Rate of hits:
Once per secondOnce every half second (Each hit deals half damage) - New – Despair (W) now refreshes Cursed Touch (passive) on all enemies.
- R – Curse of the Sad Mummy
- Enemies hit are now additionally affected by Cursed Touch (passive) after the damage is dealt.
2. Buffs for Bard and Alistar – Comeback for the Rift?
These two support champions have had their ups and downs. Patch 7.7 is quite generous to both of them and gives them more power again. Alistar’s Triumphant Roar now heals not only the next ally but all nearby allies. This makes healing an even stronger factor in team fights. Additionally, the cooldown on his E ability (Trample) has been reduced.
Bard receives additional Meep damage credited at each bell level. Previously, there were various damage tiers that needed to be reached to increase the damage.

3. Nerfs, Nerfs, Nerfs – Galio Shaco and Co get hit by the Nerf Hammer
Many of the champions that have recently stood out due to their strength will now be weakened. Camille was previously considered a strong champion, especially during the laning phase. Changes now ensure that her W only heals champions and her ultimate ability lasts less time at the early ranks.
The new Galio was considered particularly “OP” after the rework and was a popular choice among well-known streamers like Dyrus. Now Galio’s passive is weakened and the zone damage of his Q tornado is reduced.
Shaco has stood out as particularly toxic in solo queue after his last changes. His changes include a new AP scaling with his passive ability and the removal of the base damage of his Q ability.
Changes to Graves, Rengar, and Talon can be summarized succinctly: Graves no longer receives increased magic resistance from E – Quick Draw and becomes more vulnerable to AP opponents. Rengar and Talon both deal slightly less damage with their Q abilities.
Camille
- W – Tactical Sweep
- Removed: Camille no longer heals up to 10% of her max health when hitting minions or monsters with the outer half of the ability.

4. Changes to Raptors
