The new LoL patch 7.1 is here and comes with several nerfs for champions and the jungle. Additionally, there are new skins. We have summarized the highlights.
The new patch 7.1 in League of Legends has more nerfs than the usual balancing patch. The nerfs affect champions like Camille and Shyvana. The jungle is also hit hard with nerfs. Some jungle inhabitants now grant less experience points and the new interactive plants will be adjusted.
These champs will be nerfed in patch 7.1
These champions were too dominant in the last patch and will be adjusted accordingly.
Karma
Damage from Mantra-W now ticks only twice. Shield from Mantra-E has been weakened.
W – Concentrated Resolve: Damage ticks – Three at 0, 1, and 2 seconds -> Two at 0 and 2 seconds (total damage unchanged). This also applies to Mantra W – Renewal
Mantra E – Tenacity: Additional shield – 30/100/170/240 -> 30/90/150/210
Kennen
The damage from Kennen’s ultimate ability now focuses towards the end instead of the beginning as it did before. This rewards Kennen for keeping his opponents caught in the storm.
R – Slicing Maelstrom: Damage per lightning – 80/145/210 (+0.4 ability power) -> 40/75/110 (+0.2 ability power)
Damage increase for subsequent hits: 100/75/50/50/50/50 % damage on hits 1-6 (per target) -> 100/110/120/130/140/150 % damage on hits 1-6 (per target)
Total damage: 300/543.75/787.5 (+1.5 ability power) -> 300/562.5/825 (+1.5 ability power)

Lee Sin
Modernization of E, damage reduction of R.
E – Hurricane: The Blind Monk – No longer reveals invisible targets. Only You – Reveals only targets hit by Hurricane (no longer nearby allies of hit targets).
R – Wrath of the Dragon: Damage 200/400/600 -> 150/300/450
Poppy
Duration of passive shield reduced. Damage of the quick cast of the ultimate ability halved.
Passive – Iron Ambassador
Shield duration: 5 seconds -> 3 seconds
R – Guardian’s Judgement
Quick cast damage: 200/300/400 (+0.9 bonus attack damage) -> 100/150/200 (+0.45 bonus attack damage)
Ryze
Q shield and movement speed reduced.
Q – Overload
Old shield: 60~200 at levels 1–18 (50 + 10 per level from levels 1–12, +5 per level from levels 13–18)
New shield: 65~150 at levels 1–18 (60 + 5 per level)
Additional movement speed: 25/30/35/40/45/50 % -> 25/28/31/34/37/40 %
Shyvana
W now deals no additional damage to monsters.
W – Burn
Removes wildfires – Burn no longer causes 20% additional damage to monsters.

Syndra
W damage and rate reduced. Passive bonus from W changed. R cooldown increased at early ranks.
W – Willpower
Transcendence bonus: Can absorb up to 3 spheres -> Deals 20% additional true damage.
Damage: 80/120/160/200/240 -> 70/110/150/190/230
Rate: 0.8 ability power -> 0.7 ability power
R – Unleashed Power
Cooldown: 100/90/80 seconds -> 120/100/80 seconds
Camille
Health per level reduced. Passive shield duration reduced. Stun duration of R reduced.
Passive – Adaptive Defenses
Shield duration: 1.5/2.0/2.5 seconds -> 1.5 seconds
E – Hookshot
No Ninja: The radius in which Camille is revealed in the fog of war when using the hookshot near enemies has been slightly increased.
R – Hextech Ultimatum
Knockback speed: 600 -> 1000
Uplift: Knockback stun now only lasts until the target lands, instead of always holding for 1 second.

These champs will receive a buff in patch 7.1
In patch 7.1 not many champions receive a buff. However, these three ADCs were too weak compared to the other damage dealers.
Draven
Q now has base damage and scales with bonus attack damage instead of total. W mana costs reduced at higher ranks.
Q – Spinning Axe
New base damage: 30/35/40/45/50
Rate: 45/55/65/75/85 % total attack damage -> 65/75/85/95/105 % bonus attack damage
W – Bloodlust
Costs: 40 mana at all ranks -> 40/35/30/25/20 mana
Kalista
“Tear” can now also be empowered while on cooldown and only requires one kill for the mana refund.
E – Tear
Continuous increase: Normal attacks and Q – Rend now, when “Tear” is not on cooldown, -> at any time cause Kalista’s spears to pierce their target.
Mana refund: 2 killed units -> 1 killed unit (according to the requirements for a cooldown refund)
Bug fix: Fixed a bug where “Tear”‘s cooldown was sometimes not reset when “Tear” killed a unit.

Lucian
Passive damage increased at early levels. Q damage scaling increased.
Passive – Lightslinger
Damage: 30/40/50/60 % total attack damage (at levels 1/6/11/16) -> 40/50/60 % total attack damage (at levels 1/7/13)
Q – Piercing Light
Base damage: 80/110/140/170/200 -> 80/115/150/185/220
The jungle is being nerfed in patch 7.1
Not only many champs receive a nerf with this patch, but also the jungle. The interactive plants are affected as well as the experience points you gain in the jungle for killing a monster.
Plants: Among other things, the Seer Bloom has been adjusted so that auto pings on revealed champions now differ from player pings. For the Honeyfruit, the radius in which the fruits can be picked up has been reduced.
Jungle experience: The jungler receives less experience when clearing camps in their first jungle round. The jungler will still reach level 3 after clearing the first buff and the first (two) small camps. But to reach level 4, they now have to clear six camps instead of 5.
