Now, LoL players believe: Those who earn Lillia’s Haiku can unlock the champion for free on July 22nd at 9 PM, thus saving the 7,800 Blue Essences or the Riot Points that one would otherwise spend on the champion, which means saving real money.
A new champion in LoL normally costs 975 Riot Points, which is about €7, depending on the packages purchased.
Is this safe? It is not 100% safe and officially announced by Riot Games, but there is hardly any doubt that “Lillia’s Haiku” will unlock the champion Lillia. Everything currently points in that direction. If it weren’t so, Riot Games would be somewhat trolling.
The role of Jungler is now in demand on the test server
This is how you get Lillia’s Haiku: To obtain the item, you must achieve “350 takedowns as a jungler.” These are “assists or kills” while clearly claiming the role of jungler in a matchmaking game:
- You must join the test server PBE
- then create matchmade games in Summoner’s Rift and select the role “Jungler”. It doesn’t matter whether you play Normal, Ranked, or Bot. However, ARAM does not work
- Play until you have 350 assists or kills.
- Presumably, you can complete the task until Lillia officially appears on July 22nd with patch 10.15.
Lillia will be a “mid-range jungler” themed around “dreams and sleep” – oh, and she is half a deer.
Is this safe? This has been speculated for a long time. Because officially, nothing is certain about this topic. Players had to discover the method to obtain Lillia’s Haiku through “trial and error”.
But since this morning at 4 AM, it seems that this method of gathering 350 takedowns as a jungler has proven effective. Previously, it was suspected that obtaining the item had something to do with “Thresh” or mysterious voice lines.
But it seems to be as “mechanical” as some report on reddit (via reddit). These players were then able to obtain the item in-game.
