With currently 164 champs, there are not only a lot of playable characters in League of Legends, but also a variety of skins for them. Some champions have as many as 19 skins, offering many ways to give your champs a new look. But what if someone buys them all?
League of Legends earns its money as a Free to Play
game mainly through microtransactions in the form of skins or loot boxes, which can contain skins and similar items. Whether new or old champs, every patch brings new skins for the playable heroes.
Owning all skins is a goal that very few players aim for. Monetarily, it is unaffordable for most players and also quite pointless, since one probably does not need 17 skins for a champ, let alone all skins for all champs.

How does one obtain all skins? Most skins can be purchased with RP. This costs, with 1056 skins that can currently be bought in the shop, according to 3DJuegos 1,279,960 RP. You would need to invest €12,400 for that. But only if you buy 124 packages for €100. The ‘cheaper’ packages give you a lower RP value for your money.
These values are only estimates and do not include all skins. There are skins that you can only obtain through mystical essences or various loot boxes. However, you need luck for that. Some skins are only available during certain seasonal times, such as Halloween skins.
What happens if one has all skins? If you really possess all available skins, then there are no more skins available in the ‘Your Shop’, a regular event where you get skins specifically selected for you.

- Rusty Blitzcrank
- Pax-Sivir
- Pax-Twisted Fate
- Urf, the Manatee (A new version of Urfwick can sometimes be purchased with blue essences)
- Riot-Singed
- Mastery Riven (A 2016 version is occasionally available)
These skins belong to 45 skins that are actually no longer obtainable by players. This also includes skins from the Collectors Edition of the game that was also released physically, or King Rammus, for which you had to play the beta.
Accordingly, it is actually almost impossible to really own all the skins in the game unless you were there from the beginning and managed to snag the rare skins through various events. But that’s not a problem, as most players only want the skins they find good for their champions.
