Players in LoL (League of Legends) who have reached the highest honor level receive skins and chroma skins. Developer Riot Games wants to encourage players to exhibit positive behavior.
Why does LoL reward players? Like any online game, the successful MOBA League of Legends also struggles with toxic players. In team play, often just one player can spoil the experience for the rest of the team or even the opponents.
To ensure there are fewer trolls and toxic players, LoL rewards the well-behaved. If you behave positively in games, you can increase your Honor Level. This ultimately rewards you with new free content for LoL. You can also drop in the rank of Honor Level, which is why gifts are only given if you maintain the highest level.
In Patch 9.16, Riot Games rewards LoL players who have reached Honor Level 5. About this gift from SKT1, Twitch streamer Tyler 1 was particularly pleased.
What kind of gifts are these? As gifts, LoL distributes 2 “Honor Level 5” capsules. You can exchange them for skins. Either for Medieval Twitch or for Gray Warwick. With Patch 9.16, chroma skins for these skins will be added, which means color variations.
If you already own the standard skin from the past season and an older reward, you will receive “Honor Level 5” tokens that can be exchanged for the chroma skins.
With each season, more chroma skins for Medieval Twitch and Gray Warwick will be added. LoL finds new ways for players to still be excited about skins even after 10 years.
Only this year, your “Honor Level 5” capsule from 2019 contains TWO “Honor Level 5” tokens that you can redeem for Medieval Twitch, Gray Warwick, or one of the two chromas (if you already own the standard skin). If Twitch is your favorite, then grab his new chroma and forget about Gray Warwick! (Sorry, pup.) The capsules also contain a random sticker or eye skin. In the coming years, the “Honor Level 5” capsule will include an “Honor Level 5” token.

- If you already own both skins (Medieval Twitch and Gray Warwick), you can secure 2 new chromas
- Players receiving Honor Level 5 rewards for the first time can either receive a set of Warwick skin and chroma or Twitch skin and chroma – alternatively the 2 base skins if they do not want a chroma.
