League of Legends regularly revises their champions. The last major overhaul was for Aurelion Sol. The Cosmic Dragon now leads to game-changing bugs in the game.
What is this bug? Players from League of Legends have observed a bug in various games that led to ranked games being decided.
- The bug occurs when Aurelion Sol encounters Mordekaiser in a game. Mordekaiser has always been a champion that brings a tremendous number of bugs.
- Mordekaiser is playing against Aurelion Sol and hits him with his ultimate ability.
- Every opponent of Aurelion Sol who was hit by his E-ability “Singularity” continuously loses health points.
How does this bug occur? If it happens in the game that Mordekaiser uses his ultimate ability on Aurelion Sol, the bug becomes active. All players who were previously hit by Aurelion Sol’s E-ability “Singularity” receive the effect of the ability.
The ability pulls opponents into a small radius at their center and holds them there. At the same time, the affected players take damage. With the bug active, the negative effect of the ability does not disappear, and the players continue to take damage until they are revived at the base.

Even if the players were leading against the dragon, this bug can decide the game. The negative effect remains on affected opponents even if they defeat Aurelion Sol. Due to items, they incur even more damage and die faster.
If this effect occurs at a game-deciding moment, you can be sure that the game is over for you. This leads to a guaranteed defeat. With a death timer of 40 seconds or more, a death of one or more champions can quickly give the opponents a massive advantage.
What can be done against this bug? There are not many options against this bug:
- First of all, do not play Mordekaiser if the opponents have already chosen Aurelion Sol.
- The combination of the two champions is particularly challenging for team members of Mordekaiser, as they always get affected in this case.
- If you are in a game with Mordekaiser and Aurelion Sol, then Mordekaiser must not use his ultimate ability on the Cosmic Dragon.
If you still haven’t done anything about it, you have no choice but to accept your fate and make the best of the game.
