An instance, shortly called an Ini, is detached from the main world and can only be used by one player or a group of players at a time. Other players who also want to enter this area can do so, but they will then enter their own version of the “instance.” The idea of an instance is to ensure that only a specific number of players can complete tasks in a zone that is designed for exactly that number. An area designed for 5 players would be far too easy for 20 players. Usually, only dungeons intended for group strength are referred to as Ini. However, the term instance also applies to raids or many battlegrounds.
