Initially, he responded to a tweet from another CoD player and hinted at the first weapon there. Shortly afterward, he announced both new weapons in further posts directly. A new multiplayer mode is also mentioned.

Shortly thereafter, the leaker continued tweeting and directly announced the crossbow as an upcoming DLC weapon that is about to enter Modern Warfare.
The crossbow has already appeared in previous “Call of Duty” installments such as Black Ops, Black Ops 2, Advanced Warfare, or World War 2 and had a loyal fanbase there.

Vector Submachine Gun: Furthermore, TheGamingRevolution announced the Vector in another tweet, which is also supposed to be included in the game. Recently, data for this weapon was found on the PC.
