This is the leak: Four videos have appeared on Twitter showcasing quirky weapons in action. They come from the data miner ximton, who has already shown several items from Fortnite before their release.
In the past few days, he uploaded four videos of weapons that appear in the game files but are not yet available to the general public. They could be added to the game soon.
4 quirky weapons for Fortnite?
Gnome Gun: This weapon is a pistol that shoots small red gnomes. Here you can see it in action:
However, ximton notes that the weapons “are probably only for developers” and may never make it into the game. However, this is just a guess from the data miner.
Troll Launcher: This is a rocket launcher described with “Heavy Weapons. The launcher fires explosive trolls – what more could you want?”
Regarding this, the data miner mentions that the weapon was probably discarded, meaning it is no longer intended for release. However, Epic might reconsider and still release the rocket launcher. After all, it reminds players of the launcher from Halloween that fires pumpkins, which is extremely popular.
