A new leak in Pokémon GO promises to reduce an actual time sink. Sending Pokémon should be made even easier.
This feature is about: The leak from the Pokeminers (via reddit) shows the sending of legendary and mythical Pokémon. Until now, only regular monsters and costumed Pokémon could be sent collectively. Legendary and mythical Pokémon had to be sent individually.
Now this annoying problem is supposed to be solved. At least the Pokeminers have found corresponding text files in the code of Pokémon GO.
Mass sending saves a lot of time
Why is this feature important? Currently, it’s particularly tedious with the wonder box that brings Meltan. There, you can catch 60 Meltan in an hour during the right event, and you have to click and send each one individually. That alone takes over 5 minutes.
It’s similar with trainers who participate in many legendary raids. After an hour of raiding, it’s quite common to catch over 10 legendary Pokémon, all of which must be sent individually.
If you could actually send legendary and mythical Pokémon collectively, it would save a lot of time – especially for trainers who enjoy raiding or regularly open the Meltan box.
What else was found? Another interesting find by the data miners revolves around the eggs. Text files were found that indicate more transparency.
According to the files, there should soon be a system that shows which Pokémon can hatch from an egg.
This could be the answer to the criticism of many trainers. After Pokémon like Kapuno or Geronimatz became extremely rare in eggs following their Shiny introduction, trainers wanted to know how rare some Pokémon are in the eggs. There was a demand for the disclosure of probabilities, as is the case with other loot boxes in other games.
You should keep in mind: So far, this is only data mining and not official information from Niantic. While the data is already in the game files, the developers are not required to activate it. Therefore, you should consider the information with a certain amount of skepticism.
Now there is also reason for joy for trainers collecting XL candies. There is a new method: Here’s how you can now earn XL candies for rare monsters more easily in Pokémon GO.
