The start of the Steam Summer Sale 2019 is likely today, June 25th. This is confirmed by leaks that also know the end of the sale. What offers are coming?
Update 7:20 PM: As expected, the Steam Summer Sale 2019 started on June 25th at 7:00 PM.

When does it start? Already in May 2019, leaks indicated that the Steam Summer Sale 2019 would start this year on June 25th. The kick-off should then happen today as usual at 7 PM. This is already known as the start time for other sales on Steam.
So far, the leak sounds plausible. Steam Database tweeted again on June 24th this start date and stated that the Grand Prix Sale on Steam will start at 7:00 PM German time.
How long will the sale be active? Steam Database reported in a tweet that the sale will be active for 2 weeks. The end would therefore be on July 9th, 2019. Presumably, the offers will be available in the shop until around 7:00 PM German time.
What offers can we expect? In the Summer Sales, there have always been offers in various genres. This includes RPGs, MMOs, online games, racing, strategy, puzzle, action, adventure, and more.
We also expect various software offers in the area of video editing and more.
