The Brazilian website of League of Legends (LoL) showed what the upcoming Nunu rework looks like. A new pair of arms is in the game.
What is it about? LoL fans are eagerly waiting to see what changes with the yeti-riding Nunu through his rework. The first release seems to have happened accidentally now. But quick gamers have collected screenshots and show what has at least visually changed about Nunu and his yeti Willump.
LoL – Nunu’s rework brings yeti with 4 arms?
Long in discussion: The rework of the LoL hero Nunu has been an important topic among fans for a long time. Many believe that the yeti rider needed to be adapted to the more modern game. And that is finally happening.
On a roadmap, the LoL developers already showed, what awaits us with Nunu, Ezreal, Morgana, and Kayle.
Teaser soon? Patch 8.17 should still appear on the PBE servers this week. For this reason, players are now also expecting a soon teaser for the Nunu rework.
Accidental image: For a short time, this image could be seen on the Brazilian LoL website.Positive feedback: On Reddit, the teaser is received very well. The community is excited about the new look. Nunu now looks more human and one can recognize a child in him. Also, the yeti who now apparently has 4 arms brings joy and funny comments:
- “Four arms to carry each of his teammates,” writes Zakeruga
- “I think it’s good that they made Willump into a completely new Freljord creature. The original typical yeti appearance was quite boring,” says Hamro251
- User Senpai-Thuc compares the yeti to Machoke from Pokémon
Now the community is curious whether shortly after the leak an official teaser will come that will introduce the new winter duo in more detail.
Update: New trailer for the Nunu rework
