Riot introduces us to the new LoL champion Camille in the form of a teaser comic. We speculated about who Camille might be and who she reminds us of.
Last night, Riot unexpectedly came out with a teaser comic for the new champion Camille. Not much is known yet about the mysterious champion. We only know her appearance and from the comic, it seems that Camille is a cold-blooded killer.
Does the latest champion in LoL resemble this killer?
In our editorial office, the big guessing game started about who Camille might be and what her abilities could be. We immediately thought of the killer Gazelle from the movie “Kingsman.” She could be an inspiration or template, as Gazelle is a killer with high intelligence and superhuman strength and agility. The most striking parallel: These killer ladies both have artificial legs that function as blades! Here is a video of Gazelle in action:

What the Camille teaser comic reveals so far about the new champion in LoL
Gazelle could be a good clue as to where the journey with Camille is headed. But let’s take a closer look at the comic. There are some clear signs that Camille could be a robot or at least a cyborg.
She has eyes that emit an artificially blue light and the iris is angular and appears artificial. From the eye, an angular line runs, which could be a scar from an eye operation in which Camille received artificial eyes.
Her legs are razor-sharp blades with which she can effortlessly slash or behead someone. These will likely be Camille’s melee weapons – they definitely look like pretty deadly tools.
However, it gets particularly curious when you look closely at her legs. They seem to have special hooks that allow Camille to swing through the air in the comic. She might use these in the Rift to start a fight or escape. Perhaps there’s also a ability here to pull herself towards other champions?
Everything about Camille screams “assassin,” which would also fit with the overhaul of the assassin class . We can look forward to seeing what abilities Camille brings to the Rift.
