For LoL (League of Legends), 2 new champions will be coming soon. A first teaser can be found in the roadmap. There we also learn which champions will receive a rework next and what changes will be made.
Colorful mage: A colorful mage will be revealed soon and introduced to the LoL community. However, there is currently no release date for the new champion yet.
Reworks: Nunu, Kayle, and Morgana are among the champions whose abilities will be adjusted next, along with Ezreal.
2 new heroes for LoL
Teaser on the roadmap: The lead champion producer Ryan “Reav3” Mireles has presented the roadmap for League of Legends. This includes changes for August 2018 and those without a release date.
The new mage: The developers are currently working on several new champions. The identity of the new “rather colorful mage” is expected to be revealed soon. There are no details available, except for this teaser image with colorful flowers.
2nd champion secret: For the next champion that Reav3 announces in his roadmap, there is still no concrete release date. But what would LoL be if there wasn’t a teaser for it? Look closely – In the background, you can see the outlines of legs:
Work on LoL reworks for Nunu, Morgana, Kayle and Ezreal
Nunu: In addition to new heroes, existing champs will also be reworked.
Nunu is expected to meet the modern standards of LoL and will receive new abilities for this. However, his ultimate and consuming will remain. The new abilities are intended to help showcase his ultimate ability perfectly.
Ezreal: Ezreal’s W ability Essence Flux is set to be updated to better match Ezreal as a “spell caster”. Additionally, this champion will receive new sounds and a new appearance.
Kayle and Morgana: The graphics of these siblings will be revised with a new theme.
- For Morgana, only the passive ability or the W ability may be adjusted
- Kayle will undergo more extensive changes. She is expected to continue embodying the theme of initially being a mix of melee and ranged combat, eventually building only on ranged combat.
Still far away: More details about the reworks of the sisters, Kayle and Morgana, are not available yet. Reav3 writes that more details can be expected in early 2019.
