As Larian Studios announced on Steam, they are currently working on the upcoming Patch 7. This will provide new (even darker) endings for the evil players among you.

Larian Studios provides sneak peeks at what to expect
The game will have improved evil endings added in the new patch, “to allow even darker conclusions for your darkest playthroughs, and yes, this includes non-Durge players,” the developers write on the Steam page for the game.
Furthermore, the game makers also show first impressions of the new cutscenes. On the Steam page, you can see a sequence in which a group of innocents is influenced by the protagonist’s brain powers.
Additionally, a short video has been released, in which you see a character wandering through a field of corpses and bones while the entire scene is bathed in red.
Larian Studios also shared the scene on X.com. This immediately makes users in the comments think of Berserk:
Musically, the cutscenes are accompanied by Borislav Slavov. A little preview can be found here on YouTube.
What bug fixes will there be? In addition to the new endings, several bugs will be fixed, such as Jaheira not following the party and not participating in combat, Wyll’s less than romantic greeting, and narrator lines disappearing during the confrontation between Gortash and Dark Urge.
What else will Patch 7 contain? With the new patch, official modding tools are coming to the game, allowing you to customize images, animations, sounds, values, and more.
As further stated in the announcement, they are also already working on crossplay and the introduction of a photo mode. However, these are expected to come to Baldur’s Gate 3 at a later date.
Our MeinMMO editor Benedict Grothaus also wanted to be really evil in one of his playthroughs in Baldur’s Gate 3. The consequences of his actions are clearly pointed out to him by the game: Baldur’s Gate 3: I wanted to be really evil, but the game rubs it in my face
