During E3 2019, Hollywood actor Jack Black challenged the Fortnite player and Twitch streamer Tyler “Ninja” Blevins to a challenge. It looks like an event is coming up soon – but they probably won’t be playing Fortnite.
What happened at E3? Actor and musician Jack Black was interviewed by Geoff Keighley during E3 2019. Jack Black is known from Hollywood films like School of Rock and as the singer of the band Tenacious D.
During the interview, Black spoke together with his son Sammy about their YouTube channel: JablinskiGames.
The Blacks discussed their collaboration with other YouTubers and that they would like to do such things more often in the future.
Geoff Keighley then mentioned the famous Fortnite streamer Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, stating that he was nearby.
Jack Black replied that a fight had been brewing for months. Sammy added, “We’ve talked about him so many times and he has never said anything.”
The host then offered to start a FaceTime call with Ninja. This initially failed but later worked out.

Using a modified voice, Black makes it clear to Ninja that he is ready for a showdown. Black wants the “Delgato” card back.
In a YouTube video, Jack Black accused Ninja of stealing his Delgato card (actually an El Gato card, but Black always calls it that) in order to sabotage his career as a “gaming star on YouTube.”
During the call, Jack Black behaves like a supervillain and slightly crazy.
Ninja makes it clear that he is ready to face Black in a match. Jack Black may choose the game.
“No, seriously, buddy. Let’s do this in the cyber world. You and I. There can be only one,” says Jack Black.
Ninja responds, “100%, I’m in.”
The two still want to clarify the details.
How serious this all is cannot yet be judged. However, if it comes to a showdown between the two, it is expected to be an epic match.
Why are the two feuding? This “rivalry” between the actor and the Fortnite star has been going on since 21.12. 2018 and comes from Jack Black. He had already announced on YouTube shortly before Christmas 2018 that Ninja must be careful of him.
His channel will be bigger than Ninja’s, bigger than PewDiePie’s.
In one of his YouTube videos, he explained that Ninja had stolen his “Delgato” card.
What does Jack Black have to do with gaming? In 2018, Jack Black surprisingly opened a YouTube channel that is supposed to be about gaming. Since its opening at the end of December, the channel has already gained over 4 million subscribers.
