On Netflix, the second season of a popular horror series, based on the eponymous webcomic, starts on December 1, 2023. The current trailer shows what fans can look forward to in the new season.
What is Sweet Home? Sweet Home is a South Korean horror series that premiered on Netflix in December 2020 and became a surprise hit for many viewers.
The series is based on the eponymous webcomic and follows the shy student Cha Hyun Soo, who moves into an old apartment complex after the tragic loss of his family. Shortly thereafter, people around the world turn into monsters, and the residents of the apartment complex find themselves trapped.
These monsters represent human desires in various and distorted forms. In the second season, these beings threaten to exterminate all of humanity.

What to expect in Season 2: In the second season, the monsters have spread, and the world has fallen into a state of emergency.
The surviving humans are fighting against the monsters and are guided by their fears. As a result, sick people are coldly shot out of fear that they might transform into one of the monsters.
It seems that the new season continues to follow the protagonists of the first season. In the trailer, you see Cha Hyun Soo asking another man whether a vaccine could actually be found through him. In the new season, he could play a significant role in saving humanity.
Above all, the trailer promises plenty of action in the fight against the monsters. The boundaries between humans and monsters seem to blur more and more.
