Soon, the new competitor to The Sims, inZOI, will enter Early Access on Steam, but before that, you can already play two important features of the game.
What content can you already play before the release? With inZOI, there will soon be an alternative to The Sims that aims to compete with the genre leader. While the release of the Sims competitor is planned for March 28, 2025, everyone will have the chance to try out inZOI: Creative Studio starting Thursday, March 20, 2025.
inZOI: Creative Studio is a standalone game where you can create your characters and houses to transfer them to the full version of the game when it is released. You can use the last week before the release to create your family and design your house. MeinMMO tells you how to get a key.

How to Access inZOI: Creative Studio
How do you get access to inZOI: Creative Studio? The developers are granting access to inZOI: Creative Studio exclusively through livestreams on specific platforms. To receive a free product key, you need to watch a channel with enabled drops between Thursday, March 20 at 1:00 AM and Sunday, March 23 at 12:59 AM.
The livestreams will take place on the platforms Twitch, Steam, Chzzk, or SOOP. Chzzk and SOOP are livestream services known primarily in Asia. We will explain how you can grab a key on Twitch and Steam.
How to Get a Key on Twitch
To receive a key for inZOI: Creative Studio on Twitch, you first need a Twitch account, a Steam account, and an account with Krafton, the publisher of inZOI. If you don’t have a Krafton account yet, you can create one for free on the developer’s website (via krafton.com).
- First, open the Krafton linking page (via krafton.com)
- Link your Krafton account with your Steam account, where you want to play inZOI later, by clicking on “Link Now”.
- Link your Krafton account to your Twitch account on the same page.
- Add inZOI to your wishlist on Steam (via steampowered.com) by clicking on “+ Wishlist” under the video player.
- Starting March 20 at 1:00 AM, you need to watch a stream in the ‘inZOI’ category on Twitch for at least 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, the product key should be redeemable in your Twitch inventory (via twitch.tv).
How to Get a Key on Steam
To receive a key on Steam, you need to watch the livestream on the Steam page of inZOI (via steampowered.com) for at least 30 minutes. To do this, you need to be logged into your Steam account where you want to play the life simulation later. Check your inventory on Steam or in your library to see if you now have the game.
It is possible that you will receive the Creative Studio as an item in your Steam inventory and need to redeem it there. To do this, go on Steam to your name next to “Community”, click on “Inventory”, and look for inZOI: Creative Studio. If you’ve found it in your inventory, just click on “Add to my library …” to include it in your collection. You can then install the game as usual.
The fact that the developers are giving everyone access to inZOI: Creative Studio a week before the release, so you can finish your characters and houses, will likely be convenient for many. This way, you can start playing right at Early Access launch without spending hours in the character editor and building mode beforehand.
