An extremely popular mount is available starting today in World of Warcraft. But you only have a few weeks.
The reactions to the Trading Post in World of Warcraft are quite mixed month after month. Of course, there are always different topics, and hitting the taste of everyone is difficult, if not impossible. However, in the month of October, Blizzard seems to have struck a chord with the community – as a reward from the Trading Post is making waves.
What kind of mount is this? The “Headless Horseman’s Reins” is known in another variant from the Hallow’s End, but this time you can buy a dark version of this horse at the Trading Post – for 700 Trader’s Tokens, which is a little more than 2/3 of the available amount this month. Since the mount looks quite impressive with its burning hooves and detailed armor, one might be able to overlook the cost.
If you have no use for the horse, there is a second mount this month – simply as a reward for completing the travel journal for October. A Fel-corrupted Elekk mount, which will fit all Draenei who have earned the red “Man’ari” customization:
How long do you have? If you want to get the “Headless Horseman’s Reins”, you have a little over 4 weeks, specifically the entire month of October. If you do not have the necessary Trader’s Tokens available this month, you can also “freeze” the mount and transfer it to a later month to buy it in November or December.
Community celebrates the mount, will overshadow all other mounts
Looking at the community reactions to the new mount, they are extremely positive. A post in the Subreddit of WoW titled “The Trading Post in October has a mount that makes me forget all other horses” has received over 3,000 upvotes. Even in the comments below, there is a lot of agreement. Here are some excerpts:
