A concert in the game? That’s not as unusual as it might sound. In Wargaming’s World of Tanks, the punk rock band The Offspring will soon perform.
What was announced? Via Twitter, the California punk rock band The Offspring announced that they will have a virtual performance in the online game World of Tanks starting on September 18. There will be an in-game concert.

Who are The Offspring? The band was founded in 1984 under the name Manic Subsidal, but changed its name to The Offspring in 1986. With the third studio album Smash , the band achieved commercial success. It has sold over 11 million copies.
Some of their well-known songs include Self Esteem, Come Out and Play (Keep ’Em Separated), Gotta Get Away, and Pretty Fly (For a White Guy), as well as The Kids Aren’t Alright.
The Offspring had a guest appearance in the horror film Idle Hands (Die Killerhand) from 1999 and composed the soundtrack for the movie “Orange County”.
How can you watch the concert? In the game garage, you will find a stage starting September 18, where the band will perform their songs. You can simply watch the concert directly in the game and take a break from the tank battles with some music.
