Is there nudity in this Game? This is a question that is repeatedly asked in role-playing games. For titles like Skyrim or The Sims, fans even create their own mods to get rid of the clothing. In Baldur’s Gate 3, however, you don’t need anything like that.
How does the game handle nudity? Very openly, as freedom is very important to the developers. Even in the character creation, you can freely choose the genitals or even adjust the pubic hair according to your wishes. And this line continues throughout the rest of the game.
It is intended that there will be scenes where characters are portrayed completely exposed. There will also be an implied sexual act that will be staged through clever camera angles or by fading out.
It is no coincidence that the role-playing game received an “Mature” rating. In the description of the ESRB, it says:
The game contains nudity scenes: characters with exposed breasts, buttocks, and genitals. In a handful of sequences, characters are shown topless during brief sexual acts (e.g., positioning a character’s head over a partner’s groin; pushing a character’s hands toward a partner’s crotch). The sexual acts are shown off-screen or with obscured camera angles. One sequence shows a naked couple on the beach just before they have sex – the camera pans up and the scene fades out.
