Changes to Raid Rewards
These 3 adjustments are: Fundamentally, 3 things have changed in Pokémon GO raids. These include:
- Level 5 raids now give more items
- The Premier Balls for dealt damage are increased across all raid levels
- In level 5 raids, there are more Premier Balls for speed

However, the other adjustments are quickly explained. It is now even more important to bring effective Pokémon and not necessarily the suggested team. If you deal a lot of damage yourself, there are now more balls. The same applies to speed. With the right counters, you will be faster in raids and get more Premier Balls.
More balls also mean a greater chance of catching the raid boss. So it is worth paying attention to the right counters.
This has already changed: There is currently a lot happening in raids. Recently, Niantic removed level 4 and level 2 raids from the game. You can now find Pokémon at these levels in level 3 and level 1 raids.
