What kind of mission is this? If you drink a few glasses of alcohol in the GTA Online casino, at some point you will experience a blackout. With a bit of “luck,” you will then wake up at the secret mission, with ambulances around you. The casino manager calls you and explains what you have done.
You have stolen one of the casino’s delivery trucks for your drunken tour through the city. If you return the delivery truck, everything will be okay again, she says.
In a hungover state, the mission then starts. You have a limited time, just over 7 minutes, to return the delivery truck.
How to unlock the secret casino mission while drunk
The preparation: In order to play this mission, you need a penthouse in the Diamond Casino & Resort. The penthouse unlocks the casino’s story missions. Play through these missions and complete the “Loose Cheng” mission. This will unlock all casino story missions – including the secret mission.
The start: Once you have met the mentioned requirements and unlocked the missions, you need to drink. For this, visit the bar in the casino.
When you arrive there, you need to order shots of Macbeth whiskey. If you drink one of them, the lights will go out for you.
After the blackout, you will wake up at one of many random positions. This can be in the penthouse or somewhere on the map of GTA Online. One of these random positions is the start of the secret mission. It may take you several unconscious drinking sessions to trigger the mission for you.
Once you have triggered the mission, the phone will ring after waking up with a call from Ms. Baker. She explains to you that you are quite disgusting when you have been drinking.
The casino job is displayed on the screen – the mission starts and is self-explanatory. Drive the delivery truck to the displayed position.

How long does it take? How long it takes to start the secret mission seems to depend heavily on randomness, according to initial findings from the community. One player writes on Reddit that he had to drink 50 shots to start the mission.
Another player writes on Reddit that even after 167 shots, he had no luck and had not yet seen the missions.
