EA FC 24 offers you a new feature this year with the Evolutions that you can use to equip cards with strong upgrades. The latest evolution gives a player a significant shot boost and much more. We show you the upgrades, requirements, and provide you with two clear recommendations.
What is this evolution? It is “Let’s go forward”. This grants you various improvements, with the shot upgrade standing out with +14. The other upgrades are:
- Overall rating: +5
- Dribbling: +6
- Pace: +4
- Passing: +4
- Defending: +2
- Physical: +3
- Playstyle: Power Shot
- Playstyle: Quick Step
- Playstyle+: In the Air
- Playstyle+: Power Header
- Weak Foot: +1
- New Position: ST
The best thing about the evolution is that it is available to you free of charge. The only thing you need to consider are the requirements, as you cannot equip every player with the upgrades.
“Let’s go forward” Evolution in FC 24: Requirements
Which players are eligible for the evolution? Like each evolution, this one is also subject to certain requirements. The following requirements apply for the upgrades:
- Overall rating: max. 86
- Pace: max. 86
- Dribbling: max. 88
- Defending: min. 80
- Positions: max. 3
- Playstyles: max. 7
- Playstyle+: 0
The special thing is the required defensive value of at least 80. This automatically excludes almost all offensive players in FC 24. The focus is therefore on players from central midfield or defense.
To optimally utilize the shooting boost of +14, we recommend taking a player located in central or defensive midfield. They usually bring strong all-around skills and can become real goal machines with the upgrades.
New EVO: Two Bundesliga stars are best suited
With the Evolution Calculator, you can find the suitable card and also have the option to view the players with the potential upgrades of the EVO. Looking at the suggested players, two stars from the Bundesliga stand out as being perfectly made for the new EVO.
Leon Goretzka and Emre Can: Midfield engines with goal-scoring qualities
What cards are they? The Team-of-the-Week card of Leon Goretzka (FC Bayern Munich) and the Thunderstruck card of Emre Can (Borussia Dortmund) already look like very usable players without the upgrades. Both are members of the Gullit Gang with their stats showing 80+ across the board on their cards.
Looking at the two Bundesliga stars after their evolution, they appear even better. Both have values over 90 after completing the new EVO. The shooting value in particular looks incredible. This makes both midfield engines into real goal machines.
