Resourceful players have discovered unreleased companions and mounts in the game files of The Elder Scrolls Online. Among them are curiously a stone as a companion and a hobby horse to ride.
A Stone as a Pet
Dataminers find stone in the code: In the search for new content in The Elder Scrolls Online, dataminers have scoured the game files. During their search, they stumbled upon new companions that players might soon be able to purchase or earn.
Particularly, a pet named “Pebble Pal” stands out from the crowd. In The Elder Scrolls Online, you may soon have a stone as a companion.
ESO players want the stone: In the official ESO forum and on Reddit, the stone is winning the hearts of players. They are only wondering how exactly the stone will follow them on their adventures. There are two prominent theories:
- The stone simply appears quietly next to you when you stay still for a little longer.
- The stone rolls calmly behind you. The question then is, what magic enables that?
