In the coming weeks, you can earn a special mount and 100,000 gold coins for your pocket in The Elder Scrolls Online. What do you have to do for that? Read on!
What kind of mount is it? As of June 3, 2024, when the chapter Gold Road is released, the new writing system will land in Tamriel, allowing you to create your own skills for the first time. Whoever masters the associated achievement “Heir of the Schola” or “Heiress of the Schola” by July 1, 2024, can look forward to a special reward.
In this case, Tamriel heroes will receive the Wayrest Courser as a mount, which can carry two adventurers on its back at the same time. On consoles, the event phase runs from June 18 to July 16 due to the later launch.
Gold Road will be released for the PC version of ESO on June 3, 2024. Here is the trailer:
Logging in June is worth it
What about the 100,000 gold? This amount is part of the new login rewards for June 2024. The following loot items for daily login have been announced by the ESO developers so far:
- 500 Seals of Endeavors will be rewarded on Day 7
- 10 Universal Analysis Scrolls will be given if you log in to Elder Scrolls Online for 14 days in June
- Day 21 will be rewarded with the 100,000 gold coins.
What does Gold Road offer? With the new chapter, you will land in the Westemnet, a new region of the MMORPG that you might already know in parts from Elder Scrolls: Oblivion – just think of the city of Skingrad. There, the developers will continue the story from Necrom, in which the newly introduced Daedric Prince Ithelia will play a major role.
The quests of Gold Road are expected to keep you busy for about 30 hours. Other highlights of the chapter include the new feature of writing that allows you to build your own spells, a fresh 12-player trial, and a new world event. And of course, systems like the Glory Stories will also be expanded. You can find all details about ESO: Gold Road here.
