Which strong striker do you have to play for 3 weeks? In FC 25, you can earn a strong special card of Real star Rodrygo by completing 18 Mode Mastery Profi items in the Squad Building Challenges.
This special player has strong stats and the golden PlayStyle “Technique,” which makes him an excellent dribbler:
However, this Rodrygo also comes at a high price, at least regarding your time and effort, as you must play at least 3 weeks to complete 3 different modes in FC 25 relatively successfully for 18 Mode Mastery Profi items:
- Each week, you can earn a maximum of 7 items, distributed as follows:
- Division Rivals (2 items per week starting from Division 3 and 35 points)
- Champions Finals (3 items per week starting from rank, so 13 wins / 2 items starting from rank 5 so 9 wins)
- Squad Battles (2 items per week starting from rank Elite 2 at difficulty: at least World Class or Legend)
Even if you are very good players and achieve the maximum yield, you would still need to play for at least 3 weeks to earn the Rodrygo. But there is an easier way.
Who is the better substitute? Endrick is another Brazilian in Real’s service and the uncut gem at the Madrid club. The 18-year-old Brazilian typically has a gold card with a rating of 77 in EA FC 25.
For his age, that’s already a strong achievement, but the special card from Real colleague Rodrygo is far beyond what this youngster can compete with. However, with a trick, you can give Endrick a significant upgrade.
With 4 EVOs, Endrick becomes better than Rodrygo
To transform Endrick into a better substitute, you need 4 Evolutions (EVOs), which are available to you for free in the Evolutions menu.
What are these EVOs? These are the chaining of 4 different EVOs. Here you can read the order in which you can gradually upgrade Endrick:
- Height Dominance
- Acrobatic Star
- Emerging Phenomenon
- Offensive Apprentice
Important: To apply all the EVOs to Endrick in the end, you must adhere to the order, as some EVOs have specific requirements that you may not be able to fulfill later.
To complete the tasks of all EVOs, you need to play at least 34 matches. You can complete all of these matches in the Squad Battles mode, and many also in Rush. This should make it easier for you to meet the respective requirements.
Be sure to develop your star between the different EVO stages to avoid unnecessary matches.
How good is Endrick after the EVO chaining
After you have completed all EVOs, you can expect a stat upgrade from 77 to 88. You can check how your pro looks after the improvements of each EVO here:

That’s why Endrick is better than Rodrygo after the EVOs: The biggest upgrade Endrick receives is in his physical attribute. With 88 strength and 90 jumping ability, he brings strong assertiveness both on the ground and in the air.
This is further aided by the new PlayStyles “In the Air” (improved presence in the air) and “Edge” (improved strength in ground duels). With the “Power Header,” Endrick can convert his dueling strength in the air into goals.
In addition, he possesses the PlayStyles “Quick Step” and “Frenzy” from the start, which allow him to execute the Sprint Boost in FC 25. This allows him to utilize his speed on the pitch much better than Rodrygo.
With the Power Shot, he also has one of the OP PlayStyles in FC 25.
Due to his speed, assertiveness, finishing strength, and not least because of the variety of PlayStyles (a total of 9, compared to Rodrygo’s mere 4), Endrick fits better into the current meta of FC 25.
However, you still need to overcome a small hurdle. If you do not own Endrick, it will be quite challenging to obtain him. The Brazilian is nearly sold out on the transfer market with a maximum price range of 10,000 coins.
