The fans of Borderlands 3 have chosen a clear favorite among the vault hunters. FL4K is more than twice as popular as all other heroes.
Although Borderlands 3 has not been released yet, most players already know which vault hunter they will play in the third installment of the story about Pandora. A few days ago, we started a survey and the result is surprisingly clear.
Our community loves FL4K: We actually assumed that most characters would be roughly equal, but that is not the case. The vault hunter FL4K, along with his companions, has apparently captured your interest. The survey yielded the following results:
- 48% of players want to play FL4K.
- Moze is played by a total of 22% of players.
- Zane accounts for 19% of players.
- Amara has only 11% fans among our readers.

The community manager of Gearbox also conducted a survey that yielded very similar results. Here too, players overwhelmingly chose FL4K, while Amara lagged behind in fourth place.
Why is FL4K so popular? There is still no exact answer to that question. However, it seems likely that FL4K appears to be the most versatile due to his various wild pets. Also, his trailer was extremely well received by players and made him an interesting character.
