August is really heating up in Helldivers 2. The reason for this is not only the temperatures outside but also the new flamethrowers that will be introduced through the war bond “Flame of Freedom”.
What are these flamethrowers? In Helldivers, a new war bond will be released in August again. The war bond called “Flame of Freedom” provides the brave soldiers of Over-Earth with new equipment that will allow them to really heat things up against their opponents.
Along with this are two new flamethrowers. The FLAM-66 Torcher breathes flames as a primary weapon and really heats up the enemies. The secondary weapon P-72 Crisper is perfect for turning enemies to ashes with a quick grab from the pocket.
The FLAM-40 flamethrower is still available to the Helldivers as a strategem and does not need to be unlocked by purchasing a war bond.
The Helldivers community is also looking forward to this fiery spectacle.

How does the community react to the flamethrowers? The community is very excited about the flamethrowers. Many GIFs from various series and movies are shared by the Helldivers to express their anticipation for the new war bond.

The community is noticeably happy about the new war bond.
