God Save Birmingham dares to take a time travel with its medieval setting, sending you to the 14th century. You are one of the few survivors who must fight for your life in the infected city.

What kind of game is this? God Save Birmingham is described on the Steam page as a survival game in a zombie apocalypse. An epidemic has broken out in the city of Birmingham, turning the inhabitants into bloodthirsty zombies. You play as one of the few survivors.
As is typical for many survival games, you must manage various resources. You need food and water to survive, and your shelter must also be safe from the undead. For that, you should explore abandoned markets, for example.
The game also advertises with physics-based gameplay. You can use furniture to barricade yourself and elevated spots to outsmart hordes of zombies. But you also have to be careful that the environment does not put you at a disadvantage.
Combat is also part of a good zombie game. Instead of guns and rifles, you must defend yourself with ancient weapons and armor. This includes pitchforks or axes. However, the official Steam page announces that there will be an early access version that will include a quarter of the city. The full version will then include a campaign and the entire city.
