With the development of the game, Thomas Brush, a game developer and YouTuber, started who also uploads many tutorials on game development on his channel. Meanwhile, 3D Realms stands as the publisher behind the game.
The setting and gameplay of the game are heavily reminiscent of Bioshock and the story is clearly inspired by Willy Wonka.

takes place in 1922 and is about a crazy millionaire and toy maker who makes the enticing offer to win $10,000,000. All you have to do is find one of the hidden tickets that can be in toy packages all over the world.
However, the ticket is just the beginning and invites you to climb the Twisted Tower – that is, his factory. Once you reach the top, the prize money awaits you. Everything will be broadcast live on TV.
