You told us which new graphics card interests you the most. And the MeinMMO readers have a clear favorite. MeinMMO presents the results in detail. So much in advance: From Nvidia, the RTX 3080, 3090, and 3070 rank in the top 5. But AMD is also represented with the 6700 and 6800 XT.
What is it about? AMD and Nvidia released a lot of new graphics cards in the winter of 2020 and the spring of 2021. That’s why we asked you which graphics card of the latest generation interests you the most.

You would buy the RTX 3080, but AMD is not far behind
This is your favorite: Looking at the numbers, you have a clear favorite if you want to buy a graphics card: the GeForce RTX 3080. 176 votes were cast for Nvidia’s 4K graphics card.
But AMD is not far behind, with two entries in the top 3. With the Radeon RX 6700 XT (128 votes) and the RX 6800 XT (88 votes), two GPUs from AMD are in the lead and combined even slightly ahead of the Nvidia graphics card.
Looking at the overall top 5, Nvidia is represented a bit stronger, as Nvidia’s RTX 3070 and RTX 3090 round out the picture.
When looking at the numbers, many of you desire a graphics card with 4K or at least WQHD performance.
Mobile graphics cards are at the bottom among MeinMMO readers
How does it look in the second half? The second half is primarily dominated by Nvidia’s RTX 3060 Ti and is significantly ahead of the weaker GeForce RTX 3060, which Nvidia recently released. This is probably also due to the fact that the RTX 3060 delivers significantly less performance than the Ti version and is currently being sold for much too high a price.
Also at the bottom are AMD’s Radeon RX 6900 XT and RX 6800. The poor performance of the RX 6800 is not surprising, as the XT model is found in the top 3. The performance advantage of the XT version seems to appeal to more of you.
What about mobile graphics cards? It’s interesting that you are hardly interested in the mobile sector. Because here at least Nvidia presented a strong line-up with gaming laptops with RTX 3000, which is quite interesting for gamers.
AMD has only released a teaser so far, stating that it intends to introduce the “Radeon RX 6000 Mobile” soon. The unclear timing of the release could be a reason for the poor showing of the mobile variant.
AMD or Nvidia – Who is actually ahead?
In our survey, Nvidia leads with 59.3 % ahead of AMD with 40.7 % of all votes. This is probably not surprising, as Nvidia’s RTX 3080 dominates our survey. AMD’s recently released RX 6700 XT is also well represented and has a strongly requested card in the Radeon RX 6800 XT.
