The possibly best LoL player of all time, Faker, is getting a special skin for Ahri, which is extremely expensive. A LoL streamer sharply criticizes Riot for this.
This is the situation: Riot Games recently presented the exclusive “Demon King” skin bundles for the champions Ahri and LeBlanc. In the LoL community, the extremely expensive Faker skin has left players disappointed. The Ahri skin costs over 400 euros if you want to have everything, which annoys many players. The well-known Spanish LoL streamer Knekro sharply criticizes Riot Games for the high prices and demands change.

What does he demand? He believes that the current prices from Riot Games, which include three different price categories, are exaggerated and too expensive. In his opinion, two price categories would have been sufficient.
The Faker skin will be available in three different bundles:
- Ascended Bundle: For 5430 RP (approx. 46 €) you get the Ascended Legend Ahri skin, the next event pass, an exclusive frame, stickers, symbols, and a kill counter.
- Immortal Bundle: For 32,430 RP (approx. 250 €) this variant offers additional effects, a transformation, different frames, and profile customizations.
- Signature Bundle: For 59,260 RP (approx. 450 €) it contains all previous content plus chromas for other Faker skins, 100 pass levels, exclusive cosmetics, a title, and a new emote with Faker’s signature, which can be activated with STR-5.

He also emphasizes that 50 euros are worth it. They should have lowered it a bit. Everything you get from Faker for 50 euros is worth it
. But a jump from 5,000 to 30,000 RP is too much. You are basically paying double for structure finishers and Faker’s signature (in the bundle for approx. 450 euros). The frames and the rest are trivialities. He thinks they could have combined them, and that could have cost around 100 euros.
Knekro also pointed out that buying the normal pass
(for 1950 RP) only gets one of the two skins. With that, you only get LeBlanc and not Ahri. He criticized that players should receive both skins for the full price. “If I weren’t a content creator and didn’t have a lot of money, I wouldn’t even buy it with your money,” he emphasized. The LoL community is so disappointed with Riot Games that they want to ban Ahri in every game forever to really show Riot.
