The Twitch streamer Trymacs participated in an event and got injured. Originally planned as a Bundeswehr training course, the numerous challenges posed a risk to Trymacs’ health.
What did Trymacs do? The Twitch streamer Trymacs participated in an event by outdoor expert Otto “Bulletproof” Karasch alongside other streamers and internet personalities.
In his reaction to YouTube regarding the first episode, he makes it clear that he wasn’t aware of what he was getting into. Additionally, he injured himself during the event.
What kind of event was it? The event condensed a Bundeswehr training course, which typically lasts for months according to the streamer, into a 3-day event. Participants had to take part in several challenges. Many tasks, according to the streamer, involved pulling themselves up on objects using their own body weight.
This, according to Trymacs, is also the reason for his injury, which actually originated from soccer.

How Trymacs got injured: In his reaction, Trymacs mentions that he got injured during the event. The reason was the constant jumping down from elevated platforms.
He further states that he is too fat for soccer
and that he has shin splints because of this. Due to this incident, he had already taken a sports break of 4 months on his doctor’s advice.
However, during the event, he was not aware of what he was getting himself into, and his doctor had told him that the worst thing he could do was jump from elevated surfaces. The streamer was not aware that exactly that awaited him during the event.
The consequence of his injury: another 4-month hiatus from sports.
Reactions from the community: A few express understanding for the streamer under the TikTok clip by Trymacs. However, the majority seems to be more puzzled as to why Trymacs participated in the competition. In the clip he posted, it appears that he did not inform Otto about his health risk.
Some users write:
- The official account of Joyn notes:
Just break through the walls with wall breakers.
- Jordan R. writes under the clip:
Then don’t jump, huh?
- User Niels E. comments:
I’m sure if you had told Otto that, he would have advised against participating.
This is not the first time Trymacs has only half-heartedly taken his doctors’ advice to heart. Even during “7 vs. Wild,” he consciously ignored his doctors’ advice. You can read more about it here:
