Place 2: Enobaria
Enobaria from District 2 is among the strongest and most brutal tributes ever. At just 13 years old, she won her Hunger Games, making her the youngest winner of all time.
She gained particular notoriety for tearing a tribute’s throat out with her bare teeth. In reference to this, she filed her teeth to a point after her victory.
She also participated in the 75th Hunger Games. There she was the only career to survive until the end. However, her bloodlust remains unchanged. When President Coin suggested the “new Hunger Games”, Enobaria voted in favor. The end of the bloodshed does not seem to be particularly important to her.
Enobaria is one of the most dangerous winners who has proven her strength in both arenas.
